  • Serious buyer only! 
  • Details of sutera syuriya's account no complete with the I.C no will be given as a courtesy to show that we are a serious seller.
  • 1st come 1st serve basis. Depends on the date of the email.
  • Materials sold are NOT exchangeable/returnable/refundable unless agreed upon.
  • NO BACKING OUT after confirmation.
  • Payment must be made within 3days after confirmation.
  • Payment can be made by cash-deposit or online transfer to Maybank/CIMB. Account details will be given upon confirmation of purchase.
  • "SuteraSyuriya" will not be held liable for loss/damage during delivery. However, an extra care will be taken to protect the goods. All delivery will be by poslaju with tracking facility and insured.
  • Price quoted includes postage fees unless stated otherwise.
  • Items will be posted out as soon as possible. Latest will be 4 working days after payment.
  • Items will be posted out after FULL payment have been made. Therefore, please make payment accordingly.
